Patricia has more than 20 years of experience in real estate and corporate law.

Patricia’s real estate practice has handled commercial and residential real estate transactions for cooperative and condominium boards, hotels, educational institutions, restaurants, investors and developers, brokers, corporate tenants, and individuals throughout New York and across the United States. Her real estate experience includes acquisitions and sales, retail and office leasing, financing, restructurings, workouts, and development.

On the corporate side, Patricia advises small and family-owned businesses on a variety of corporate legal matters, and oversees complex transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Patricia was a partner at a full-service, international law firm, where she served as co-chair of the firm’s retail industry and consumer products practice group and on the firm’s executive board.

Patricia is a co-author of Successful Partnering between Inside and Outside Counsel. Additionally, she has been a speaker for the New York City Bar Association and the Council of New York Cooperatives.
